2. Tell us who you’re referring
Give us the name of the friend you’re referring (it only takes a few seconds).
Make sure that you have checked that it ok for us to contact them.
3. Enjoy your £500 reward
Receive a £500 prepaid card when your friend becomes a Retained Service client of ERConsult.*

Can I refer anyone I know?
To be eligible for ERConsults referral scheme, your referral must:
- Be outside of your business (i.e. not a director, owner or employee).
- Not be a close relative of ERConsult. (This includes partners, parents, children and any other dependants.)
- Someone you have permission from to send their details.

Will I get Paid every time I make a referral?
As long as your referral is eligible and joins ERConsult as a client, on their retained services, you will receive £500.
There’s no limit to what you can earn.

What companies are a good fit?
We tailor our retained services to all types and size of company. As long as they use Quantity Surveyors, or could do with the support then this is a great fit for them.
The company though, must be based in and operate within England and/ or Wales.
Best advice is chat to them first!

Refer a business or organisation to ERConsult above
Pay £500 via prepaid card after subscriptions confirmed and first monthly payment received.
- The referral must be made between 01 June and 30 June 2026.
- All referrals must be completed via the web form above on this website www.erconsult.co.uk/refer-a-business
- The referred company must sign a standard agreement to use ERConsult on a retained service basis and have a live Direct Debit agreement in place a month after the agreement is signed and when card is issued.
- The Company referred must be based and operate in England or Wales.
- The reffered company must have made their first monthly fee payment to ERConsult as obligated by the standard agreement.
- The referred company must not already be discussing signing up to ERConsult services via any other ERConsult channels, or be current client.
- The Introducer should be independent of the referred company (e.g. not a Director, owner or employee).
- The referrer should not be a close relative of an employee of ERConsult.
- The referrer must be independent (i.e. not a director, owner, or employee), including individuals from affiliate companies, outsourced sales providers, or lead generation firms that have entered into a paid agreement with ERConsult to supply qualified leads.
