Step 4 - When things escalate
Despite everyone’s best efforts to avoid conflict, sometimes it’s inevitable that you’ll need a helping hand to unravel what’s gone wrong.
When that happens, we step in to clarify the facts, reset the conversation and guide you to a fair, commercially sensible resolution.

Claim Preparation
In any uncertain times, it is important to be prepared and to understand the status of where you are and the risks that may be currently present, or may arise in the furture.

Mediation
Support
Mediation is a flexible and cost-effective dispute resolution strategy in which an independent third party facilitates negotiations between parties to help them reach a mutually acceptable agreement.
Unlike litigation or arbitration, mediation is non-binding and focuses on collaboration rather than confrontation, allowing parties to maintain control over the outcome.
It is particularly valuable in commercial and construction disputes, where preserving business relationships, reducing costs, and achieving timely resolutions are often key priorities.

Adjudication Support
Adjudication is a fast, interim dispute resolution process widely used in construction contracts, particularly under regimes such as the UK Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996.
It allows parties to refer disputes to an independent adjudicator, who typically delivers a binding decision within 28 days, ensuring cash flow is maintained during a project.
We can support your Adjudication journey, drafting Application, Responses, Joinder and Rejoinder.
